What are your business hours?

I can typically be reached Monday through Friday, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

I am unavailable during the Thanksgiving holiday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year’s.

Are you available for weekend appointments?

At this time, I do not accept weekend appointments. You are welcome to submit a form request or email me at any time and I will respond as soon as I am able.

What is the best way to contact you?

You are welcome to use the Contact Me page to submit a request for services. If you are interested in booking a free 60-minute initial call or purchasing a coaching service, please submit a request through the linked forms.

For more urgent matters, you may email me directly at wolfpackwritingservices@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as possible.

What kind of information do you need upfront?

• A copy of or link to the document/manuscript/etc. which you want me to review. This can be provided to me via email at wolfpackwritingservices@gmail.com.

• Which formatting style you prefer to use (i.e., APA, Chicago Style, etc.).

• Any notes you would like me to keep in mind with regards to the final product. This includes any themes, specific formatting styles, notes on pagination, etc.

Do you do customized projects?

Absolutely! We can discuss this further during the initial video call, and if it sounds like a customized project is ideal for you, I will prepare a flat-rate proposal designed specifically for your writing goals and objectives. You may also add any Coaching Service to a customized project.

Which proofreading method(s) do you use?

I generally use Microsoft Word to track any changes made to your document. You will always be able to see my notes and recommended edits, then decide if you want to use the changes or not. If you have any questions about the edits I suggest, feel free to reach out via email.

Do I need to submit a deposit for services upfront?

Hourly services (editing/proofreading) and mini-services do not require a deposit. I may require a deposit upfront for customized orders, but we will discuss the details of this while designing your editing package.

Which payment method do you use?

I use PayPal for invoicing and payment.

Do you accept payment plans?

I am happy to work out a payment plan that will fit your budgetary and financial needs. Just ask!
